Helpful Hints & Salon Etiquette

To ensure you get the most out of your visit to Skin Deep, please read the suggested advice below:

• Jewellery – Please remove jewellery prior to treatment and leave it at home to reduce the risk of loss or accidental damage
  
  
• Mobile phones – To ensure you enjoy your treatment undisturbed, and to respect other clients’ privacy, please switch off mobile phones when entering the salon
  
  
• Treatment courses – All courses must be completed within the specified time period; courses of 6 treatments within 6 months; courses of 12 treatments within 1 year. 
  
  
• Client conduct – The therapist reserves the right to stop a treatment at any time if the client’s behaviour is considered inappropriate.
  
  
• Cancellation policy – Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations, otherwise you will be liable to pay the full amount for the treatment.
  
  
• Client comments – We strive to provide the highest standard of treatments; if for any reason your experience does not reflect this, please tell us immediately, or contact Laurie Ardeman on 020 8236 0429; email enquiries@skindeep.eu.com

The salon is open seven days a week from 9.30 am with flexible evening appointments available on request; late night opening until 10 pm two days a week.
