Pregnancy
If you are pregnant, please seek further advice from your therapist as some of the treatments will not be suitable for you.
Client conduct
The therapist reserves the right to stop a treatment at any time if the client's behaviour is considered inappropriate.
Medical information
Please inform your therapist of any previous or current medical conditions you may have (or have had) that may be affected by any of the services on offer at the time of reservation.
Cancellation fee
The treatments you select are reserved for you with one of our professionally trained therapists. A cancellation charge equal to the full amount of the treatment will be payable if less than 24 hours' notice is given on individual treatments.
Payments
All treatments must be paid for in advance or on the day.
